What would the fantastic Strandkoje Julianadorp holiday home be if it didn't have similarly fantastic surroundings?! The long, broad sandy beach, the proximity to the island of Texel and to Alkmaar with its cheese market, and the amenities in the park (indoor swimming pool, tennis courts, golf courses...) all make Julianadorp and the Ooghduyne resort a worthwhile holiday destination year-round.
The "Ooghduyne" resort features a restaurant with a café, a snack bar and a wide range of sports facilities.
2 tennis courts, kids' playgrounds (both indoor and out), 9-hole golf course, family golf course, mini golf and an adventure swimming pool that was only built as recently as 2016.
Julianadorp aan Zee lies nestled among the wide tulip fields and agricultural areas that range along Nordholland's 30 km-long chain of dunes, approx. 5 km from the harbour town of Den Helder.
Shopping centres, beautiful restaurants, cafés, doctors and a pharmacy are all not far away. The Ooghduyne Golf & Beach Resort is a very well-kept resort surrounded by tulip fields in a peaceful location with views of the dunes.
Getting there
Via Amsterdam, then A9 towards Haarlem, continue towards Alkmaar, then via the N9 towards den Helder (approx. 35km) to Julianadorp. At Resort Ooghduyne, the house numbers are signposted.

we bought the "Strandkoje Julianadorp" in October 2017 and renovated and refurbished it.
We would be delighted if you enjoyed our holiday home as much as we do and spent the most beautiful days of the year at our place on the Dutch North Sea coast.

Maritim ausgestattetet, hell, modern, alles geschmackvoll aufeinander abgestimmt, hochwertiges Sofa und 1a Betten, alles top gepflegt und sauber. Wir waren selten so zufrieden, wie in der Strandkoje. Der Park ist sehr ruhig, man kann das Hallenbad nutzen ( 8 Euro Eintritt / Senioren 5,50 ) . Mit Hund ist man in 50 m auf einem wunderschönen Weg, der in 10-15 Minuten zum Strand führt. Parkplatz unmittelbar am Haus. Vielen Dank Familie Niedermayer für den netten Willkommensgruß .

Das Ferienhaus war für mich und meine Frau nebst Cocker Spaniel geräumig genug. Es fehlte an nichts. Komplett mit Zaun umgeben konnten wir unseren vierbeinigen Lochaufspürer auch mal aus den Augen lassen. Geschätzt haben wir das geräumige Bad und das nicht immer übliche Queensbett . Qualität der Matratzen und der Couch waren top. Bei Anreise fanden wir ein sauberes und ordentliches Quatier vor.
Da haben wir in Julianadorp, Callantsoog oder Groote Keeten schon andere Erfahrungen gemacht. Familie Niedermayer waren immer freundlich und erreichbar, sowohl in der Korrespondenz vorab als auch persönlich vorort. Wir werden wieder kommen ! Vivien & Tom aus Neu-Isenburg
