Cancellation policy
After booking confirmation, a deposit of 25% of the rental fee is due. The remaining amount will be transferred 6 weeks before departure.
In the event of cancellation up to 6 weeks before departure, the compensation fee is 25% of the rental fee. In the event of a later cancellation, the compensation fee shall amount to 95% of the rental charge. In such cases, Azur will endeavour to let the property to another party. If it is possible to let the property to another tenant, the customer will be reimbursed 75% of the rent thereby obtained. We recommend travel cancellation insurance.
Cancellation must be declared in writing. The date of receipt of the declaration by Azur is decisive.
