For centuries, the Punzenlehen was a working farm. Today, it serves as a rural holiday farm. The farm complex and buildings are used only for tourism and no longer for agricultural purposes. The Berghof Punzenlehen has been continually modernised and renovated while maintaining its rural charm. It sounds like it's an inconvenience and it is incovenient. For everyone involved!! It is a pity when apartments stay vacant although other guests would have liked to stay here. So we ask you: Please notify us in time and in writing. If you cancel up to 2 months prior to arrival, you won't be charged a cancellation fee (but a handling fee). You always have the option to cancel a booking; we will charge costs minus costs for unused services (20%). We'll notify the accommodation agency in Berchtesgaden about the cancellation and if the apartment is booked again, you won't have to pay a fee. We recommend taking out a travel cancellation insurance.
