Holiday destination
The rustic farmhouse is located in a panoramic position at 300 meters above sea level on the hills between Pisa and Lucca, not far from the small medieval village of Buti, with its various shops, restaurants, bars, post office, bank and pharmacy. It is only 1.5 km away and can be easily reached on foot.
The country house is just a few kilometers from the child-friendly white beaches of Versilia.
Due to its central location, the property is an ideal starting point for day trips to the well-known art-historical cities of Tuscany such as Pisa, Lucca, San Gimignano, Volterra, Florence or Siena.
The idyllic surrounding landscape also invites you to all sorts of activities such as cycling tours, hikes and more.
Guests interested in sports will find numerous offers such as tennis, horse riding, golf, etc. in the nearby area.
For opera enthusiasts, a visit to the Torre del Lago is recommended; here you can follow in Puccini's footsteps or visit the museum in the Villa Puccini. Numerous opera performances take place in summer.
Nature lovers will enjoy visiting the Migliarino S. Rossore Natural Park with a boat trip on Lake Massaciuccoli, the largest lake in Tuscany.
It takes around 90 minutes to drive to the coastal town of La Spezia and from here you can start a tour of the villages of the “Cinque Terre”.

- Das Ferienhaus liegt inmitten einem Olivenhain, oberhalb von Buti. Die Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen, sehr großer Pool - nicht einsehbar - einfach toll
- Die Betreuung durch die Vermieterin konnte nicht besser sein
- Wir hatten unsere E-Bikes dabei und konnten tolle Touren unternehmen. U.a. auch nach Pisa
- In Buti gibt es ausreichende Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und eine sehr gute Gastronomie
Für alle die Ruhe und Entspannung suchen der perfekte Ort
Geeignet für Abenteuer und Erlebnis, Familien mit Kindern, Urlaub mit Haustier und Kultur und Besichtigungen
