    Dear guests, Because our holiday home is a stand-alone property, meaning there are no other guests apart from you, we request your understanding that non-arrival and short-term cancellations cause great problems for us. We therefore declare the following cancellation conditions as part of our terms and conditions: For cancellations up to 35 days before arrival, we charge 30% of the rental price. For cancellations up to 21 days before arrival, we charge 60% of the rental price. For cancellations up to 14 days before arrival, we expect 80% of the rental price. For later cancellations or cancellations after arrival, we charge 100% of the rental price.

    Biking trails, hiking trails and the Saale invite you for outdoor activities. Outside, there are covered and open seating areas, surrounded by green space and a barbecue. The property is located in a very quiet spot, near the spa town of Bad Kösen, right on the Saale. . Ten minutes away on foot, you will find stables, where you can board your horse, if you have one. (Terms on request)

    Eine traumhaft schöne Ferienwohnung in einer reizvollen Umgebung am Fuße von Burg Saaleck und Rudelsburg Die Ausstattung ist perfekt, lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der absolute Höhepunkt ist das zugehörige Poolhaus mit Pool uns Sauna. Auch eine Sitzecke mit Grill im idyllischangelegten Garten kann genutzt werden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, auch durch die besonders nette Gastfreundlichkeit von Frau und Herrn Piehler. Wir können alles nur bestens weiter empfehlen. Christine und Henner Mittag aus Teltow

    Wir hatten eine entspannte Zeit mit Novembernebel und Sonnenschein. Nach den Ausflügen in die reizvolle Umgebung haben wir die Entspannung in der Sauna und beim Schwimmen genossen.
