Welcome - our house is located in Saxony-Anhalt, in the scenery-rich kreis of Burgenland . This holiday home can be your home whilst you are on holiday. The house is 75 m² and can accommodate up to 5 people and a baby.
In our wellness area with indoor pool area, you can expect ~30° C air temperature, ~27° C water temperature, a sauna with steam room and a spa-style shower.
The facilities are part of the package for your shared use throughout the day during your booking. You are our only guests, there are no other rental properties with permission to use this space.

Outside, there are covered and open seating areas, surrounded by green space and a barbecue.
The property is located in a very quiet spot, near the spa town of Bad Kösen, right on the Saale.

Because our holiday home is a stand-alone property, meaning there are no other guests apart from you, we request your understanding that non-arrival and short-term cancellations cause great problems for us.
We therefore declare the following cancellation conditions as part of our terms and conditions:
For cancellations up to 35 days before arrival, we charge 30% of the rental price.
For cancellations up to 21 days before arrival, we charge 60% of the rental price.
For cancellations up to 14 days before arrival, we expect 80% of the rental price.
For later cancellations or cancellations after arrival, we charge 100% of the rental price.
Children up to 4 years are free
Children from 4 to 12 are €35 per night
