Cancellation policy
You can cancel the rental contract in writing or provide a substitute renter. The flat fee damage claim is 10% of the rental price up to 30 days prior to arrival. The entire rental price is charged for later cancellation. If I can find another renter for the same rental period at the same conditions, only 10% of the rental price is charged.

Holiday destination
The Olympic town of Garmisch-Partenkirchen is located in a fantastic mountain landscape of excitation and beauty.
Climactic spa area, winter sports metropolis and excursion destination, lively and modern, but also the centre of peace and tradition. You're within reach of the mountains, naturally with Germany's highest mountain, the nearly 3000 m peak of the Zugspitze.
Three train lines and great roads connect GAP with Munich, Tyrol, Allgäu and the Eastern Alps.
Food and shopping are easy to reach.
Getting there
Arrival every day from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the latest
Departure by 10:00.
The nearest motorway exit (A95 - Eschenlohe) is 13 km away.
The Garmisch train station is 2 km away. (with local bus to near the holiday apartment)
Arriving by air via Munich airport (about 126 km, by train) or Innsbruck (about 60 km, by train) is also possible.
