1. In the event of a cancellation by the guest, the guest owes Texelduinen a cancellation fee. In addition to the due reservation fee, the following cancellation fees apply: In the event of a cancellation up to forty-two (42) days before the arrival date: thirty percent (30%) of the price* In the event of a cancellation from the forty-second (42nd) day up to and including the twenty-eighth (28th) day before the arrival date: sixty percent (60%) of the price* In the event of a cancellation from the twenty-eighth (28th) day up to the day of arrival: ninety percent (90%) of the price* In the event of a cancellation on the day of arrival: one hundred percent (100%) of the price* (* Tourist tax, costs for bed linen and cleaning are not to be paid as part of the price in the event of a cancellation.) 2. Holiday home De Koerie is nestled in greenery, with peace and birds. Close to the delightful Waalenburgerdijkje cycle path, which runs around Polder Waalenburg on the old dike. The beach, De Koog, the subtropical swimming pool Calluna, and the nature reserve De Muy are all within a 10-minute cycling distance.
