Holiday destination
Nyons, a small town with a historical centre, about 6500 inhabitants, the centre of french olive cultivation is situated in the northern Provence, embedded in a hilly low mountain range scenery. The landscape is characterised by olive groves, orchards and vineyards. Historical cities such as Orange and Avignon are within an hour's drive. Numerous winegrowers invite you to wine tastings. The markets of the region leave nothing to be desired
Getting there
Preferably by car via Freiburg-Mulhouse towards Lyon. Take the Autoroute du Soleil in the direction of Marseille until the Montelimar South exit. Then take the provincial road about 45km to Nyons. Through the village towards Mirabel aux baronnies over the Europabrücke, at the roundabout take the 1st exit. After 400 metres take a sharp left turn onto a narrow road 700 metres going steeply up the slope to the 1st house on the right. Side view: La Viouge

Eine traumhafte Unterkunft mit freiem Blick über Nyons. Bei der Einrichtung der Ferienwohnung ist an alles gedacht worden aber das angenehmste war der beheizte Pool (27 Grad) zu Herbstbeginn. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Die Lage des Hauses mit Blick über Nyons ist toll. Selbst wenn man die Terrassen nicht verlässt und nur den Blick genießt, kommt man voll auf seine Kosten. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen mit diversen Wanderungen, einer Tour durch Lavendelfelder, Weinverkostung usw.. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.
