Holiday destination
The island town of Malchow is only 6 km away and and is easily reached by bike, perhaps to have an ice cream or a nice fish sandwich on the swing bridge built in 2013. The city of Waren on the largest inland lake in Germany is about 24 km away. Various restaurants, small shops, an organic farm shop, and outlet stores are all nearby. The Müritz national park, the Affenwald with summer toboggan run, a large freshwater aquarium, a climbing wall or the bear forest are interesting excursions.
Getting there
The "Villa Fleesenstrand" is located in Göhren-Lebbing, only 10 km from the motorway. Coming from Berlin, take the A24 and A19 to the Waren/Müritz exit. From Hamburg on the A24 and A19. Depending on the traffic, you can reach the house in 1 1/2 hours.
