Our 'Feel-Good House' is comfortably furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, a lovely dining area, a cozy living room suite, and 5 sleeping places. To ensure that all guests feel comfortable, we rent to a maximum of 4 people, and in exceptional cases to 5 people. The daily rate applies to 4 people. We prefer telephone contact. The reception rents out bicycles, cots, and bed linen for a fee.
The house is situated on a 258 sqm garden plot, surrounded by greenery, in the 5-star holiday park de Watersnip. Our guests are welcome to use all the facilities of the park, such as the swimming pool (May to September, for a small fee), adventure playground, children's playground, skate park, bouncy castles, volleyball court, and table tennis tables.
Our large-screen TV is very popular with our guests. The open fireplace is also a favorite during the winter months. We often use the house ourselves and have (we believe) everything in the house that one has at home. Even in winter, it's quite comfortable. A cozy evening by the fireplace or a convivial raclette by candlelight are just examples.

The varied landscape with nature parks is particularly suitable for cycling and hiking. The paths do not have any significant inclines and are therefore also well-suited for families with small children.
The beach is within walking distance, offering a magnificent landscape of dunes, shady deciduous and pine forests, and a wide sandy beach as far as the eye can see. Beach pavilions invite you for a cappuccino or a delicious meal all year round. In spring, the colorful flower fields around the holiday park are especially worth seeing.
