The property is in Gran Canaria not far from Maspalomas, directly on the beach of Playa del Aguila The beautiful south-facing villa is located directly on the sea and has a wonderful panoramic view of 180 degrees over the Atlantic Ocean. It has 2 large terraces of approx. 60 m2 and gardens with palm trees and flowers, all of which are hidden from view and overlook the sea. The villa is on a rocky outcrop, between two beaches just a few steps from the house (literally a minute walk from the house to the beach). You feel like on a ship in the middle of the ocean on this property - it is ideal for a lot of rest and relaxation. You choose between the swimming pool or one of the two immediately adjoining sandy beaches to enjoy the Canarian sun. Most owners and guests prefer to walk the few steps to the beach and sea, so the pool, although heated, is rarely used. It's romantic to listen to the waves and seagulls from the terrace, especially in the morning at sunrise or at dinner on the candlelit terrace. You can also immerse yourself in the nightlife in nearby Playa del Ingles. The Maspalomas Dunes are just a few minutes' drive away. The climate is 20-30 ° during the day all year round; 15-20 ° at night. Golf: Today Gran Canaria has six golf courses. We offer free WiFi for simultaneous use by several people for the Internet and your emails. A mobile phone with a Spanish SIM card is available for guests to top up.

Die Lage macht alles gut, die Unterkunft selber ist sehr schön, die Ausstattung wie Küchenutensilien, Matratzen, Waschmaschine in die Jahre gekommen und sicher kein Luxus. Unfall durch herunterfallenden Duschstange wurde von der Hausverwaltung lediglich zur Kenntnis genommen. Alles in allem kein Luxus, von der Lage und der Blick der Terrassen abgesehen. Preis Leistung nicht gerechtfertigt, vor allem die immens hohe Endreinigung, in Anbetracht des Staubes unterm Bett.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit fantastischen Ausblick in einer sehr guten Appartementanlage. Man hatte das Gefühl man lebt auf dem Meer. Die Betreuung durch die Hausdame ist hervorragend. Der schriftliche Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr angenehm. Es war alles so, wie er es zugesichert hatte. Nochmals vielen Dank. Viele Grüße Familie Schulze
