Holidays in the Merano area from its most beautiful side! A particular advantage to our garden village of Algund is its vicinity to the famous spa town of Merano. Therefore, a holiday in Algund is also a holiday in Merano. Algund is located in the midst of nature, where you can recuperate from the stresses of everyday life and at the same time enjoy the pulse of Merano. You can reach the spa city with public transport in only a few minutes.
The climate in Merano is Mediterranean and promotes the growth of plants such as palms and cypresses, holly oaks, laurel, myrtle and Lebanese cedars. The mountain chain of the Texelgruppe in the north and north west protects the valley from precipitation and cold wind. The annual average temperature is 11.5 degrees celsius and there is an average of 300 sunny days per year.

Arrival and departure:
The apartment is available from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
On the departure day we ask you to leave the apartment by 10:00 a.m.
Payment options:
In cash up to at total amount of EUR 2,999.00
In advance by bank transfer
During your stay by bank transfer

Offering/Booking:
All of the offers sent to you are non-binding until out confirmation! Upon request, the apartments are offered for mutual bookings. After successful booking of a guest, we will send you a confirmation of the type of apartment with the duration of the stay and the price confirmation. Then the booking is temporarily fixed. It is binding after your deposit is paid your initial payment. For repeat guests or short term bookings, we often agree that no deposit is required.
Even this type of booking agreement is binding for both contractual parties. The cancellation conditions must always be followed and accepted.
Cancellation within 6 weeks of the arrival date:
If you cancel the reservation within 6 weeks before your arrival and if you arrive late or leave early, the entire booking price is charged. We recommend adding cancellation insurance to your holiday booking.
Deposit / down payment: EUR 250.00 per apartment, for which a required Recevuta Fiscale (tax receipt) under Italian law will be issued. For cancellations of over 45 days before arrival, the deposit or down payment will be kept as a processing fee. According to Italian law, the amount can no longer be refunded. However, there is the option of using the amount for a later holiday or stay in our house with a minimum stay of 6 days. All claims are null and void 2 years after the cancellation date.
Prices - VAT percentage rate:
The prices offered by us include the VAT of 10%. If there is a legal increase in the rate, the amount will be recalculated. If there is a reduction in the rate, the amount will be deducted from the agreed upon rental price.
Municipal taxes - tourist tax:
For guests from the age of 14, there is a local tax in the amount of EUR 1.50 per person per night. This tax is not included in the price and will be charged separately.
House, leisure facilities, pool, weather and noise burden:
The use of the leisure facilities on the grounds are at your own risk. Non-swimmers may only be in the pool under the supervision of an adult. Guests who like to swim may not be disturbed by playing ball or jumping into the water. Therefore we request that all guests are always considerate of the other residents. The parents or guardians are responsible for their children. Your hosts always try to ensure that you have a quiet, pleasant stay. Despite this, we are never liable for the weather and any noise pollution in and around the house.
Smoking:
You may not smoke in the apartments. This is permitted on the balconies and outdoors.
Dogs:
Are permitted upon request for a fee, if they are clean, quiet and well mannered.
Damage:
Damages caused by the guests to the facilities and the entire complex will be charged for. Particular care for:
parasols, awnings, balcony doors and garage doors.
Theft:
There is no liability for theft. Therefore we request that you take care. Always keep valuables in the safe.
Jurisdiction:
I always Merano. All situations not listed here are subject to Italian law.
