La Bastide is located in the Provencal wine town of La Motte en Provence in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region. It is 24 km to the beaches at Fréjus and 30 km to those around Sainte Maxime. A tennis court is just opposite the house; the St. Endréol golf course is 4 km away. Cannes can be reached in just 50 minutes by car and Nice in less than an hour. The nearest ski stations L'Audibergue-La Moulière and Gréolières les Neiges are only an hour and 15 minutes and a an hour and a half away, respectively.
Getting there
On the A8 (E80) "La Provencale" towards Nice, get off at exit 36 "St Tropez / Draguignan / Ste Maxime" (green sign) or "Les Arcs / Roquebrune s / A. / Le Muy ", then always drive towards Le Muy. Then at Le Muy follow the signs towards La Motte / Callas / St. Endréol and turn left into Chemin des Correns when entering La Motte. The Bastide is the second entrance on the left, before the tennis club. It is best to enter the route on Google Maps or the navigation system (note: in some navigation systems there is a different spelling: Chemin des Courrens)
