Cancellation policy
The tenant can withdraw from the rental agreement in writing. If the tenant withdraws from the rental agreement without naming a substitute tenant, the following proportional rents are to be paid as compensation, taking into account the saved expenses, provided that re-letting is not possible.

- up to 35 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
- up to 21 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
- up to 14 days before the start of the rental period: 90% of the rental price

Holiday destination
Located in the prime position of Strandpark Schoneveld in Breskens, just a short walk to the beach (about 600m). The beautiful fishing village of Breskens with all shopping facilities is approximately 2km away. Oostburg (10km), Sluis (20km), and Bruges (35km) can be quickly reached by car. The ferry, which takes you to Vlissingen in about 20 minutes, is about 1.5km away.
Here, even in bad weather, you will find countless leisure activities. In good weather, you are quickly at one of the most beautiful beaches of the North Sea.

Wir sind das zweite Mal in diesem Jahr hier und weiterhin ist alles Bestens .Super unkomplizierte angenehme Kommunikation: Vermieter kümmert sich um alle Belange, wenn es erforderlich ist und ist immer erreichbar.
Vielen Dank, es war für uns wieder ein schöner Urlaub hier. Aller guten Dinge sind 3
Ausstattung, Lage Service einfach spitze, es fehlte an nichts.

Schöne Unterkunft im Europarcs Schoneveld.
Wir haben 6 Nächte im Ferienhaus verbracht. 4 Erwachsene (mein Mann und ich+ meine Eltern) 1 Kind 2.5 Jahre.
Die Lage ist top. Im Park gibt es eigentlich alles was man benötigt.
Auch der Strand ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Garten ist ausreichend eingezäunt, sodass unser Kind klare Begrenzungen hatte. Spielplatz außerdem ca 3 Fußminuten weg.
Toll waren auch die Rollläden, welche ein richtiges Abdunkeln ermöglicht haben.
Leider ist das Haus etwas hellhörig, doch wenn man darauf eingestellt ist, kann man damit umgehen.
Ein Sonnenschirm für die Terasse wäre schön gewesen. Zum Glück hatten wir einen dabei.
Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war stets vorbildlich und er ging überaus schnell und freundlich auf unsere Anliegen ein.
Wir kommen gerne wieder
