Cancellation policy
Once the booking confirmation is received, the reservation is binding on both parties.
If you cancel the reservation, we request immediate, written notification. We will release the accommodation for other booking to rent with someone else. If this is not possible, we must charge you for the days not otherwise covered, unfortunately. If another party takes over the entire rental period, we will refund the paid amount to you. The time and reasons for cancellation are irrelevant, pursuant to the BGB, as one-sided withdrawals from the contract are not recognised. We recommend taking out a trip cancellation insurance policy.

The holiday home is both centrally located and quiet. It is a 5 minute walk to the spa and about 10-15 minutes to the harbour and beach. There are various leisure activities here, e.g. pedal boat, mini golf, outdoor pool and a beautiful beach. The supermarket and restaurants can also be reached in 5 minutes.

Es war wieder ein erholsamer Urlaub in Ihrem schönen Haus. Wir haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt und die Zeit, bei Traumwetter, genossen. Auch unser Hund hat sich sofort eingewöhnt und sich wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall bald wieder.
