Not only can you take a refreshing dip in the private pool but you can also admire the sea views and the nature that surrounds this magnificent estate. The pool is chlorinated and measures 11 x 8m with a depth of 0.5 to 1.9m. Next to it there are several sun loungers to sunbathe or to protect yourself from the sun under the umbrella, as well as several tables where you can enjoy the good weather while having a midday vermouth in this incredible and special environment. Another table next to the house and under the awning is ideal for magnificent evenings with the family. The property is fenced and the maintenance staff lives in the house next door.
This is a 16th century house that has been restored. It has 250 m2 in two floors with amazing rustic details like the wooden beams and the stoned facade. From the terrace we get into the original kitchen which will lead you to another age with its stoned sink, its original tiles and the cupboard too. It also has a gas stove and a little table with chairs to prepare breakfasts in the morning, as well as a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. From the kitchen we get into the dining room with very well cared rustic furniture and space for 6 people. From there we access the patio or hall outdoors to enter the other side of the house where you will find the ample and luminous living room. As the rest of the house, it features incredible details and antique furniture, with comfortable chairs and sofas to rest and disconnect, and it also has a fireplace to warm up on the coldest days. You will find another little living room upstairs to watch the TV set with access to another terrace and the bedrooms. There are three bedrooms with fan and wardrobe. The first one has two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with tub and shower. The second has twin beds, and the last one has a double bed. There is another bathtub bathroom for the rest of the house. The house features also central heating for the winter season. We can prepare a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with a baby.
There is exterior parking for 3 cars.
Pets are not allowed.

The house is located in Esporles and it is ideal for hiking and excursions, as well as visiting other towns and places of interest like Puigpunynet , Puig de Galtazo, Establiments... At the foot of Sierra de Tramuntana, the visit to the Deia, Valldemossa and Soller triangle is a must visit. Playa the Palma is the nearest beach only 15 km away, and of you like golf, the nearest course is only 15 km away. You will find all basic services for an independent stay in this lovely village.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
Guests will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with mandatory general deposit payment info
The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email.
