Other recreational opportunities
The greatest fun on the beach is when you find an old fossil of shark teeth. The best place to find these fossils is at the radar tower in Nieuwvliet. Every time the sand is stirred up there, you will find new fossils.
Holiday destination
You are only 10 minutes walk from the most beautiful sandy beaches of Holland. From here you can go hiking or sunbathing, play in the sand or go swimming in the sea! Enjoy a delicious meal in a beach pavilion. The dunes are part of the shore wall of the region. You can go hiking or cycling while enjoying the beach and the sea.
Along the routes along the coast through beautiful dune areas, quiet country lanes through the flat country, through characteristic cosy villages and many extensive cycle paths. Above all, Nieuwvliet offers you a safe and ideal environment in which to enjoy time alone, together or with the whole family and to relax together.
Getting there
Follow the N49 ("Expressweg") in the direction of Knokke until the junction Kaprijke-Breskens. Direction Breskens, via Schoondijke. Then turn left at the roundabout towards Cadzand-Groede.
Via the villages of Boerenhol and Groede, drive towards Nieuwvliet.
Turn right at the roundabout, after the S-bend at the restaurant "De vijf weeghen" follow the road for another 400 metres and then turn left onto the Adornisdijk.
At the restaurant "De Zeeuwse Kust" you turn left to the park "Le Rivage".

Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und komfortabel, die Einrichtung hochwertig. Terrasse und Garten sind nahezu uneinsehbar, so dass man viel Privatsphäre hat. Sehr ruhig ist es außerdem. Wir waren zum zweiten Mal dort. In der Zwischenzeit wurden einige Möbel ausgetauscht, damit wir als Gäste uns wohlfühlen konnten. Was auch der Fall war. Es war eine rundum gelungene Zeit in dem Haus. Tolles Wetter kann man nicht mieten, wir hatten Glück. Aber auch ansonsten sind Spziergänge durch das kleine Nautrschutzgebiet und an dem nahen, riesigen Strand ein Genuss. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war überaus angenehm. Wenn man ein kleines Manko sucht, findet man es bei den Verwaltern. Da wäre noch Potenzial.
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
