Schönes und geräumiges Haus mit hervorragender Raumaufteilung, viel Tageslicht und guten Betten. Leider ist die Hygiene mangelhaft. Schimmel im Badezimmer. Schmutzige Gläser mit Lippenstift und schmutziges Besteck in der Küche. Ein Whirlpool, der defekt ist. Und ein Loch in der Terrasse. Dazu ein Garten mit etwa einem Meter hohem Gras. Damit es unbrauchbar ist. Zusamenfassend. Ein potenziell schönes Haus, aber aufgrund der schlechten Instandhaltung ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht angemessen.
