Cancellation policy

Please note that a binding reservation will be made only after successful confirmation. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance: Accommodation contract/reservation delimitation A holiday accommodation is bindingly booked if a room, holiday apartment or holiday home is booked by the guest and confirmed by the landlord/hotelier or made available for short-term bookings. A binding accommodation contract or guest accommodation contract is generally concluded without a form, i.e. also in the case of verbal booking, in particular by telephone. This is unless the contracting parties have expressly agreed in writing. If a binding accommodation contract has been concluded, the following shall apply: once it's booked, it's booked. If you cancel up to 30 days before the start of your trip, a fee of 25% of the original booking price will be charged. If you cancel 20 days before, a fee of 50% will be charged. If you cancel 10 days before, a fee of 75% will be charged. If you do not show up, the full amount will be charged. In the event of cancellation, both parties will endeavour to terminate the contract in a timely manner. Depending on the reason for withdrawal, the aforementioned cancellation fees may apply. The skiing and hiking areas in the Black Forest, Switzerland, and the neighbouring Alsace can be reached in 1-1.5 hours by car. Cross-country ski areas can be reached in 30 minutes.

Holiday destination

The Markgräflerland – also referred to as the Tuscany of Germany – features a unique climate. Beautifully embedded in vineyards and wooded areas with many historical highlights. The hospitable area is characterised by upscale gastronomy, its wine taverns, and the best wines in Germany and is truly a special experience.

Getting there

Motorway A5 (Exit 65 Müllheim / Neuenburg.) After the motorway exit, keep left. Then after approx. 250 m, turn right towards Neuenburg. In Neuenburg turn right at the first roundabout towards Steinenstadt, 79418 Schliengen, Bad-Bellingen. From Schliengen, follow the signs to Kandern. The next village is "Liel". The holiday home has its own driveway and is located approx. 100 m to the left of the Gasthaus Krone in the centre of the village. Have a good journey and a nice holiday in the holiday home "Südbaden"

Ein sehr schönes, rund um ausgestattetes und modernes Haus. Die Küche ist komplett eingerichtet und lässt nichts vermissen. Ferner ist es sehr ordentlich und sauber. Das Haus ist nicht vollgestellt und hat ausreichend Wohnfläche. Die Vermieterin war ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sie stand stets mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir haben schon viele Feriendomizile erlebt, aber dieses Haus ist der pure Luxus, mit viel Liebe und Geschmack eigerichtet, es fehlt an nichts und ist supersauber. Wir bedanken uns für die Herzlichkeit von Frau Wissner und wissen schon jetzt. dass wir sehr gerne wiederkommen!
