Eine schöne Fewo in einer schönen Umgebung, so man(n)/frau die hügelige, von kleinen und größeren Wasserflächen geprägte Landschaft Brandenburgs/Mecklenburg-Vorpommerns mag. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, gut eingerichtet + gepflegt, inklusive einer bestens ausgestatteten Küche. Der südwestlich gelegene Balkon ermöglicht sonnige (Nach)Mittagsstunden und beeindruckende Sonnenuntergänge. Die Lage des Hauses ist hinreichend einsam und hinreichend gesellig. Die in den umliegenden Ortschaften insbesondere in den Sommermonaten lebendige und vielfältige Kulturszene ist, auch mit dem Fahrrad, gut zu erreichen. Der Ort Feldberg selbst bietet ausreichend Möglichkeiten zum Einkauf der Dinge, die es auch im Urlaub braucht. Auf den Seen kaum/keine Motorboote und jede Menge Platz zum Schwimmen, Paddeln, Treibenlassen.

Die Fewo ist geräumig , sinn-/geschmackvoll eingerichtet und top gepflegt. Die Küche ist bestens mit allem versehen. Die umgebende Landschaft ist BBG /M-V pur, hügelig mit großen und kleinen Wasserflächen sowie jeder Menge Fauna und Flora. Darin liegt das Haus auf einem großen Grundstück hinreichend einsam und zugleich hinreichend gesellig. Die in den umliegenden Orten insbesondere in den Sommermonaten zahlreichen kulturellen Angebote sind auch mit dem Fahrrad gut zu erreichen. Der nächstgrößere Ort Feldberg hat alles, was es im Urlaub an Notwendigem braucht. Die umliegenden, an ihren Ufern wenig bebauten Seen - der nächstgelegene ist in drei Minuten zu erreichen - haben nur geringen/keinen Motorbootverkehr. Beste Vorrausetzung für ungestörtes Paddeln/Rudern, Schwimmen oder einfach Treibenlassen.
