If you or I find a substitute tenant, there is no charge. Otherwise the advance payment will be withheld later than three months before the beginning of the booking. In the event of cancellation up to 4-6 weeks before the beginning of the booking, 50% of the rent is due, in case of later cancellation the entire rental amount. I ask for understanding, but in so short term I find no replacement tenant and the Whg. until now was booked out every year.

Holiday destination
Supreme apartment in a single four-party house in an olive grove, with nice Italian and German neighbors. No "concreted-around-swimming-pool-complex", but a grown and charming holiday retreat :-).
Getting there
By car from Bolzano / Bolzano: Motorway Bolzano - direction Milano / Venezia Take exit Rovereto Sud Signposted "Lago di Garda" At the lake, in the first city "Torbole" turn left at the roundabout, direction Malcesine / Garda. After 31 km and about 40 minutes you arrive at the small village "Pai" Approximately after 500 m turn left into a small private road. Than first possibility turn right, go over a very steep hill .... After 30 m in the second house on the right is "Casa Merlo". - relax! -

Host informationWhen I was a toddler with 8 years, my parents bought this holiday home. Since then, the flat, country and people have grown heartfelt to me. Since my parents have not been able to ride down on their own anymore, I started to rent the apartment. It would be a pity if this beautiful spot would only be used a few weeks a year by myself and a few friends. Currently I am living in Berlin, but I am in Italy at least twice a year.

Wie schon 2021 und 2023 - alles top und o.k. Gegenüber 2021 und 2023: Änderungen und Verbesserungen sind bestens (Fenster, Fliegengitter, Grill, ...) Ich konnte auch mit eigenen Erfahrungen den "Schlüsselsafe" wieder nutzbar machen. Einziger Makel: sonst war im Preis auch das gute Wetter enthalten - diesmal nicht ganz so optimal. Aber es gibt immer Möglickeiten, was draus zu machen. Danke Hans Jörg, wir empfehlen weiter und kommen garantiert wieder.

Es hat uns sehr gefallen, vor allem Terrasse und Kamin sind supertoll! Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist angenehm und zuverlässig. Wir haben zu zweit eine Woche in Pai verbracht. Wir haben zwei Tipps aus einem Buch in der Wohnung aufgesucht, beide im Norden vom Gardasee. Beides lässt sich gut mit Hin- oder Rückfahrt verbinden: Canale di Tenno (wirklich einen Besuch wert!) und im kleinen Ort Santa Massenza Grappa getestet und gekauft. Auch die Fahrtstrecke zu beiden Orten und anschließend weiter zur Autobahn fanden wir sehr interessant. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
