    The apartment is located on the upper floor of a well-tended complex in Costabella, about 200m from the beautiful beach of Playa del Arenal and 5 km from the centre of Marbella. The two balcony terraces facing south and West offer a beautiful view over the Mediterranean Sea to Gibraltar and Morocco, as well as the mountains around the Costa del Sol. In the near vicinity are supermarkets, a bakery with excellent brunch facilities, as well as several beach clubs.
    Getting there
    From Malaga to Marbella via the A7 (N-340). At the exit EL Rosario (Mancomunidad) turn right and at the roundabout take the third exit over the motorway, at the next roundabout take the second exit direction Urb.Las Chapas and the next possibility on the left, direction Mancomunidad.To the Calle Bonanza drive to the end and Turn right onto Avenida Cervantes and after about 100m you will see the Residencia Playas Del Arenal, Portales 4,5,6,7

My family and me spend a lot of time in Andalusia, especially at the the Costa de la Luz (El Palmar) and in Marbella where my sister is living for many years.     2 sehr schöne Terrassen mit Blick auf das Meer und die Berge von Marbella. Ausstattung der Wohnung ist gut, nur die Küche könnte mal eine Auffrischung gebrauchen . Die Bettwäsche sollte mal erneuert werden. Leider, wie bei vielen Ferienwohnungen, Austausch der Klobürste dringend erforderlich. Betten sehr bequem. 100 m entfernt war eine Großbaustelle. Da wir tagsüber unterwegs waren, hat es uns nicht sonderlich gestört. In der Nähe der Wohnung gute Chiringuitos.
