The detached house is situated in a quiet and sunny location above Germignaga, about 800 meters from the historic town center. The town of Luino, with its famous Wednesday market, is approximately 5 kilometers away, where you can wonderfully explore the lake by boat. The charming hinterland beckons with its picturesque small towns, where you can still get a sense of the original life in this area.

Haus ist leider sehr ungepflegt - Garten verwuchert, Platten kaputt, WLAN funktioniert nicht (steht im Freien), Gartenpolster und Sofa innen stark verschmutzt, Deckenleiste abgebrochen etc. Es gab drei Tage kein warmes Wasser - bisherige Anfrage beim Besitzer unbeantwortet.
