There are not many houses around, so you can relax in peace.In a few minutes of walk you have a local shop (300 m) and a Restaurant (300 m). Bus Station is 350 meters away.
Pula is 5 km from the house. In order to reach the first beach, you need to drive 10 kilometers. Horse riding ranch is also nearby. Big supermarkets like Lidl, Kaufland and Plodine are 4 km away.
The Brijuni National Park is only a short boat ride away.

Eine perfekte Urlaubswoche haben wir (2 Erwachsene, ein Kind) in diesem genialen Haus verbracht.
Von der Buchung, zur Anreise bis zur Abreise eine tolle Organisation und eine unaufdringliche, ganz nette Betreuung durch Jasmina und
Das Haus ist sehr gut aufgeteilt und für eine kleine Familie perfekt.
Der Garten- und Loungebereich mit dem Pool sind ein Traum. Hier kann man bei bestem Wetter die schönsten Tage des Jahres verbringen.
Die Lage im Dorf Loborika ist super um zu sämtlichen, bekannnten Stränden aber auch zu einsamen Buchten schnell und unkompliziert zu gelangen.
Einkaufen und Stadtleben sind ebenfalls nur eine ganz kurze Autofahrt (Pula) entfernt.
Wir lieben Istrien und ganz besonders den Südosten dieses herrlichen Landes/Region.

Wir haben hier mit unserem 2,5 jährigen Sohn zwei sehr schöne Wochen in einem wirklich gut ausgestatteten Ferienhaus verleben können. Das Haus liegt ca. 10 Autominuten vom Stadtzentrum Pula entfernt, am Ende einer kleinen Nebenstrasse in der Ortschaft Loborika. Der nahe gelegene Flughafen machte uns am Ankunftstag zuerst etwas skeptisch, aber er ist aufgrund des Flugroutenverlaufes und des geringen Verkehrsvolumens kaum wahrzunehmen. Die Versorgung mit Lebensmitteln und allen anderen Dingen konnten wir in den ca. 5 Autominuten entfernten Supermärkten erledigen. Ausflugsziele gibt es reichlich und sind im Umkreis einer Autofahrstunde zu erreichen. Generell ist zu sagen, dass alle Bilder und die Beschreibung des Hauses der Realität entsprachen . Kurzum: Volle Punktzahl ! Big Hug to Jasmina, Haris und Irina.
