If you like walking, the beaches of San Lorenzo al Mare can also be reached on foot in about 1 km through the wonderful Riviera dei Fiori Cycle Path will starts from Imperia and runs along the sea to Ospedaletti.
Holiday destination
From the apartment is reachable on foot the wonderful RIVIERA DEI FIORI CYCLE AND PEDESTRIAN PATH (from Imperia to Ospedaletti) where is possibile to rent bikes. The apartmente is near the center and the beaches of Imperia Porto Maurizio (4 km) and those of San Lorenzo al Mare (1 km), the characteristic center of Alassio (35 km), Diano Marina (13 km), Cervo (16 km), Sanremo (20 km), Bordighera (32 km), Seborga (42 km). In just half an hour you can easily reach the Cote d'Azur: Menton (55 km), Nice (80 km), Montecarlo (65 km) Balzi Rossi (54 km) with their uncontaminated nature and crystal clear waters, the botanical gardens of Villa Hanbury in Grimaldi (54 km).
Getting there
To get to the house you have to drive a secondary uphill road (about 500 meters) not unusual for our area. It’s an
alternative oneway street but it’s a rarity to meet someone because it’s a residential street where few people live.
Otherwise there are different places where to permit to let pass the others. The first 15 meters can seem tight, but
vans and cars very wide and low pass.
It’s a municipal country road with a few potholes, FOR SOMEONE IT AND THE AREA PARKING CAN BE CHALLENGING
(IT DEPEND ON THE DRIVER).
We suggest to drive it slowly in first gear.
It should be considered that notoriously the spaces in Liguria are reduced being a narrow land between sea and
mountains. Also to have a view like that of Casa della Vite overlooking the sea you have to face a relative slope, even if for a short stretch.
GETTING UP IS WORTH IT!!

Die Wohnung hat alles was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Die Lage und die Aussicht sind spektakulär. Der Pool schafft bei jedem Wetter eine Abkühlung und bietet dabei noch ein tolle Sicht aus das Mittelmeer. Zu jeder Zeit findet man auch einen schattigen Sitzplatz im Freien.
Restaurants sind in San Lorenzo zahlreich vorhanden und in gut 20 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Weg zur Wohnung ist recht steil und sehr sehr eng, aber mit ein wenig Übung auch mit dem Auto machbar.

Ausstattung:
+ praktisch eingerichtet, hat an nichts gefehlt
+ Grundausstattung vorhanden: Gewürze, Kaffeepulver, Backpapier, Alufolie, Waschmittel, Duschmittel, Geschirrspülmittel, etc.
+ grosser Kühlschrank mit Eisfach
+ Klimaanlage für jedes Schlafzimmer und Wohnküche separat regelbar
+/- es hatte genügend Besteck, Geschirr. Jedoch zu wenig, um den Geschirrspüler voll füllen zu können
kein TV, war uns egal
+ Pool ca. 3x3m, ausreichend zum abkühlen
+ Aussenbereich gut ausgestattet
