Casa Barbara is right by a private path that lead right to our house beach. From our roofed garden terrace you can walk into our spacious living and dining kitchen. The kitchen will win you over with its combination of wood, tiles, and its green marble worktop. A sofa invites you to unwind, to watch TV or, in the autumn, to watch the fire burning in the wood-fired oven. You will find yourself mesmorised by the light summery furniture of the 3 bedrooms. The rooms are furnished pleasantly and comfortably. The spacious living room is a room full of light and with a view, space, and tranquility. The Casa is built on a slope, and it has amazing views in three directions of the olive groves, the trulli, and the masseries (farmhouses) further into the Apulian landscape.

Anyone looking to stay in a property this close to the beach, will no doubt prioritise beach and sea. Discover the way of life and the history of the people living here at the "end of the world". Casa Barbara is right by a private path that lead right to our house beach. The beach belong to the nature reserve of "dune of Campomarino". From our walk-on roof terrace you can see the sea. Over a glass of good primitivo you can take in the sunset and the summer fireworks in the surrounding villages. Our protected property makes for a perfect and safe adventure playground for children. You can reap figs and lemons.
Airports of Bari or Brindisi (also served by low-cost airlines). People arriving from North-Rhine Westphalia should consider flying from the airports of Eindhoven, Maastrichts, and Charleroi.
Coming by car, take the Adria motorway until Bari, then continue via Taranto to Maruggio.

You have the right to cancel at any time prior to the beginning of your stay. What is decisive for determining the cancellation fee is the time when you cancellation is received by us.
Cancellations fees are as follows:
For cancellation up to 31 days prior to the start of the rental period, this is 10% of the total rental price but at least
Euro 50,00 (compensation for administrative duties resulting from your cancellation)
For cancellations from 30 days prior to the beginning of the rental period, 50% of the rental price;
For cancellations from 7 days prior to the beginning of the rental period, 80% of the rental price;
For cancellations received later than this and in the event of a no show, the full rental price will be charged as laid out in the rental agreement.
Should the property in question be rented to a third party after your cancellation, either for the entire period or part of it, you will only pay the balance between the cancellation fee and the rental payments received in actuality. This is in addition to an administration fee of Euro 50,00.
