Cancellation policy
The cancellation fees for the rental property are as follows:
For a cancellation up to the 90th day before the start of the trip, 20% of the rental price,
For a cancellation from the 89th day to the 60th day before the start of the trip, 30% of the rental price,
For a cancellation from the 59th to the 30th day before the start of the trip, 50% of the rental price,
From the 29th day before the start of the trip, 90% of the rental price.
In case of no-show or termination of the trip, 100% will be charged.
The processing fee for a cancellation is 52.00 euros.

Die Villa ist Luxus pur, ein Geheimtipp in Los Christianos/Teneriffa. Die Villa ist sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber und ordentlich. Räume sind sehr groß bemessen. Das Auto ist auch gut aufgehoben denn es hat eine kühle Unterkunft(Tiefgarage) von der man super mit dem Fahrstuhl in alle Etagen des Hauses gelangen kann. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Unser neuer Urlaub ist schon gebucht. Schöne Grüße aus Essen von Rafaela und Wolfgang
