We rent this beautiful, 75-m² holiday home for up to 4 people on our beautiful, managed farm that has cows, young cattle and small animals.
This completely newly furnished Tyrolean-style apartment (with rustic painted furniture) is equipped with a kitchen with electric stove and oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, etc. Living room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom with heated floors and shower and toilet as well as a balcony. There are wooden floors everywhere, except in the bathroom (tiles).
There's a stunning panoramic view of Fiè and the Dolomites from our newly built covered barbecue area. Here you can enjoy breakfast that includes products from the farm itself and the surrounding region and the start of a wonderful day!

On our farm we offer for "large guests" a table tennis table, sunbathing area, cosy covered barbecue area with seating area and barbecue and mountain bikes; for the "little ones" a tree house, pedal tractor, sandpit with sand toys, climbing rope and 2 swings, and a great monkey swing for the older children.
The 'Health Spa at the Nature Park' Völs am Schlern is located at the base of the Sciliar at 880 m above sea level. We are located in the idyllic neighbourhood of Ums, about 4 km from Völs. Our quiet detached location with stunning panoramic views invites you to relax and unwind. The famous Alpe di Siusi is about 6 km away, the rose garden area can be reached in about 15 km.
The lovely state capital of Bozen can be reached in 20 minutes.

Please note: The booking becomes binding upon payment of the deposit (booking security) and the issuance of the booking confirmation. The deposit will not be refunded in event of a cancellation. In addition, the following cancellation conditions apply:
Cancellation terms and conditions in accordance with Art. 1382 ZGB (Swiss Civil Code).
No later than 90 days before the arrival date, the reservation can be canceled without paying a cancellation fee. Only the deposit will be retained. Cancellation no later than 30 days before the arrival date: 60% of the agreed to total price. Cancellation less than 30 days before the arrival date or in case of no-show: the total price must be paid. Please inform us in a timely manner if you cannot make your trip.
Travel cancellation insurance
We recommend that you take out Roter Hahn travel cancellation insurance when you book your stay. This will cover the cancellation fees and you can look forward to your holiday with no stress. The deposit is €100.00 - €150.00, depending on the length of the stay
The local tourist tax is € 2.50 (not included in price), children up to 14 years are free!
Both apartments were newly renovated and furnished in winter 2020!
COVID 19: as always, the apartment will be cleaned and disinfected very thoroughly;
the air will also be sterilised with a disinfection device. Each apartment is also equipped with
disinfectant, so nothing stands in the way of a safe and relaxing holiday!
