There are amenities close by and the tiny village of Pedona has a restaurant, a small shop, a bar and café within walking distance. While Camaiore, with its historic sites and the Friday market, is a 15-minute drive away.
The Villa is accessible on foot from the car parking area by a track of approximately 300 m.

Lido di Camaiore - a modern beach town and an important tourist hub with wide sandy beaches. The coastal promenade, complete with cycle path, is easy to reach. Dotted with gardens and flowers and lined with restaurants, shops and plenty of private beaches where you can pay to rent umbrellas and loungers. Camaiore, in the middle of a large and green valley, offers historical monuments, including the 13th century church, the 4th century bell tower and the 7th century Benedectian Abbey.
Also worth visiting are the Museum of Holy Art, the museum of Camaiore, in Palazzo Tori, and the museum of Viareggio.

Cancellation Penalty
In the event you are unable to travel, kindly inform us as soon as possible. We are always available to discuss individual circumstances and try our best to find an agreeable solution for all parties involved.
The standard cancellation fees are:
- up to 45 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental
- 44 to 10 days before the start of the rental period: 80 % of the rental
- 10 to the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental
