This colourful and stylish house has a furnished terraced where to enjoy breakfast al fresco. There's a second, upper terrace with access to one of the bedrooms, where you can have a glass of wine in the evening accompanied by the Mediterranean breeze. Afternoons can be spend basking in the sun on one of the two loungers.
On the ground floor there's a friendly living room equipped with air conditioning which is open to the dining room with satellite-TV and access to the terrace, is perfect for enjoying a family movie. If you fancy cooking, you will find everything you may need in the kitchen with gas hob. Furthermore, there's a shower bathroom. The upper storey comprises a shower bath, one bedroom with two twin beds and one master bedroom with double bed and A/C. The sofa in the living area can be prepared as an individual sofa bed. This nice house features a washing machine, an iron, an ironing board as well as a cot, a high chair and a fan on request.
Note: We cannot accept guests under 30 years old, unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

Set near the beach, in the north of Mallorca, this apartment is just a few steps of the fine grained sand beach and clear waters. Puerto de Alcúdia has a good offer of leisure activities like water sports and everything else you may need for an unforgettable stay; many restaurants, shops and cafés. If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
