Cancellation policy
1. In the event of a cancellation by the guest, the guest owes Texelduinen a cancellation fee. In addition to the due reservation fee, the following cancellation charges apply:
In the event of a cancellation up to forty-two (42) days before the arrival date: thirty percent (30%) of the price*
In the event of a cancellation from the forty-second (42nd) day up to and including the twenty-eighth (28th) day before the arrival date: sixty percent (60%) of the price*
In the event of a cancellation from the twenty-eighth (28th) day up to the day of arrival: ninety percent (90%) of the price*
In the event of a cancellation on the day of arrival: one hundred percent (100%) of the price*
(* Tourist tax, costs for bed linen and cleaning are not to be paid as part of the price in the event of a cancellation.)
2. The guest must make the cancellation in writing (by letter or email).

The apartment 'Sil' at Hoeve Halfweg is located in a former barn among the fields. At the cheese farm Wezenspyk, 800 meters away, tours with tastings are offered. The hiking trail Skeep en Lantskap also starts here. Several restaurants, shops, and supermarkets can be found in Den Hoorn and Den Burg. The beach is 5 kilometers away.

Wir waren eine Woche in der Ferienwohnung Sil auf Texel. Die Wohnung liegt genau in der Mitte (Kurve) zwischen Den Burg und Den Hoorn.
Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. In wenigen Minuten erreicht man Den Burg mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und in max. 30 Min. erreicht man jede Sehenswürdigkeit der Insel. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit auf Texel und in der Wohnung und haben auch die Sauna sehr zu schätzen gewusst!
