Cancellation policy
Upon conclusion of a rental agreement, the following cancellation fees are deemed to have been agreed:
Cancellation fee in principle: € 55.00 plus :
up to the 45th day before departure: 10% of the rental price
44th - 30th day before departure: 30% of the rental price
29th - 22nd day before departure: 60% of the rental price
from the 21st day before departure: 80% of the rental price
If the tenant does not show up or cancels after the start of the rental period, the cancellation costs are 100% of the rental price. The

This beautiful holiday home was built in country house style and is idyllically situated on the large Pönitz lake. The flats are tastefully furnished and all have a balcony or terrace. Some of them have a marvellous view of the picturesque lake. The in-house sauna and the wooded surroundings with numerous hiking and cycling trails offer the opportunity for a relaxing and restful holiday. The outdoor pool is very close by and the beautiful Baltic Sea beach is about 5 minutes away by car.
