Our sun-drenched summer house in the Ballumer dunes offers pure holiday vibes! We've newly renovated the holiday home and equipped it with every comfort because we want our guests to feel completely at ease. The large panoramic windows in the living room create a holiday atmosphere right from the start, and a cozy seating area invites you to relax.
The modern, open kitchen is exclusively equipped and will delight every amateur chef. On cold evenings, you can warm up by the fireplace, and we naturally offer a CD/DVD player, high-speed Wi-Fi, and international TV programs inclusive.
The 2 bedrooms are furnished with box-spring beds, one with an additional TV, the other with a separate sink.

The holiday home is located in the Ballumer Dunes, a peaceful holiday area, featuring a large public outdoor swimming pool just 200 meters away.
The historical site is just a 5-minute walk, and the elegant Ballum beach pavilion can be reached in 10 minutes.
Whether it's skydiving, horseback riding, or golfing, you're just 10 minutes away from your activity.
Ballum is situated in the middle of the island, where things are calm and relaxed.
If you are coming from the Ruhr area, towards Oberhausen, Arnhem.
Then take the motorway to Zwolle, Heerenveen, Leeuwarden.
20 minutes on the country road to Holwerd, then take the ferry.
You can also park your car on the mainland.
Be sure to reserve the ferry.
The crossing takes about 45 minutes.
