Amendments to bookings are subject to the availability of the property. With regards to a cancellation, the deposit is not refundable; If you cancel your booking after the full payment has been made then the following cancellation charges will apply:
Between 12 -8 weeks before date of arrival - 75% of the full rental value
Less than 8 weeks before date of arrival – 100% of the full rental value

Relax in our open plan living area overlooking the sea and the picturesque bay of Funchal. On a clear day you may even catch a glimpse of the wild Deserta islands.
Enjoy the local produce, make it yourself in our modern, fully equipped kitchen complete with stone work tops, American style fridge, dishwasher etc… so you can make the most of your holiday experience.
At Sunset, you’ll be enchanted by the reflective sea view and look out for the dolphins and whales in the waters below.

Our villa is just 20 mins away from the airport, you can relax as soon as you arrive in Madeira. You will find well stocked Supermarkets, convenience stores, cafes, bars, restaurants, bakery-patisserie and other shops in the Garajau High Street. Take a walk around to enjoy the pleasant and quiet neighbourhood Garajau beach is just around the corner..
Getting there
We are on Junction 15 of the Highway exit Garajau. "How-to-get-to" instructions provided after booking confirmation.

Unsere große Familie war im Oktober in dieser fantastischen Villa und hatte eine wirklich wundervolle Zeit. Manuel und seine Frau sind unglaublich hilfsbereit. Ich kann diese Villa allen großen Gruppen wärmstens empfehlen, die eine entspannte Zeit auf Madeira verbringen möchten.

This was a beautiful place. There were 12 of us and we were all very comfortable. The owner and his wife were very accommodating and very helpful. Would definitely recommend this place.
