The trails leading from the house invite you to go on long hikes or demanding mountain tours, the golf course is only 3 kilometres away; the local outdoor swimming pool with heated pools and extensive sunbathing areas is perfect for those who love swimming and there is plenty to do for culture lovers, e.g. Richard Strauss Days, Garmisch Summer of Culture, Farchanter Farmers' Stage and much more; museum fans will also get their money's worth - local history museum, Linderhof Castle and Neuschwanstein, open-air museum Glenleiten, etc. The local clubs also host various events.
Holiday destination
The area is a paradise for hikers and mountain bikers. Hiking trails are right outside the front door. In the immediate vicinity there is a ski lift, toboggan run and cross-country ski trail. The heated outdoor swimming pool with beautiful sunbathing areas is just 10-minute walk away. It's only 800 metres to the train station and bus stop, from where you can easily reach Garmisch - Partenkirchen or Munich. Shops for daily needs can be reached in a few minutes.

Aussicht auf Alpspitze und Zugspitze ist vom Balkon einmalig! Wohnung für 4 Personen ist in Ordnung. Schlafnische für Kinder ausreichend. Tiefgarage benutzbar und Schwimmbad ein schönes Extra.
Loipe endet vor das Haus! (Bei genügend Schnee).
