Payment: After deposit of 10% of the booking amount within 3 days by bank transfer or paypal you will receive a binding booking confirmation from us. The balance is to be paid before your arrival or paid on arrival (check-in) with the tourist tax. We accept credit cards, debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or cash.------
Our cancellation policy
Cancellations up to 35 days before arrival are possible free of charge (refund of the deposit). Later cancellations and no-shows will be charged at 90% of the booking amount. We ask that you take out travel cancellation insurance! Free cancellation possible at any time if official measures such as rental bans or area closures apply during the travel period.

Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Tolles Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Betten, Nachttisch, Schrank, Steckdosen am Bett. Badezimmer mit großer Dusche und sogar Waschmaschine. Küche toll ausgestattet, sogar Auflaufschalen. Für die ersten Tage alles vorhanden, sogar Kaffeepulver, Filtertüten, Geschirrspültabs, Salz, Pfeffer usw. Das Wohnzimmer hat zwei Sofas, großen Esstisch, Radio, Fernsehr. Geschirr ausreichend vorhanden. Der Balkon ist zum süden ausgerichtet und hat einen fantastischen Blick. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war das beste was wir bislang erlebt haben. So tolle Beschreibungen, Erklärungen, super Kontakt. Das Auto hat einen Platz in der Tiefgarage und für die Farräder gibt es einen extra Fahrradraum. Also von unserer Seite aus - ALLES POSITIV

Die Ferienwohnung Alex liess keine Wünsche offen, zumal der Vermieter alle Kleinigkeiten, die man sofort benötigt, vorhält. Sehr gute Ausstatung, und gur erreichbar. Ein Lob an den Vermieter. Alledings muß man schon etwas Kondition haben, wenn man jeden Tag nach einen Radausflug abends bei der Rückfahrt den steilen Berg zur Oberstadt erklimmen muß . Die Stadt Meersburg könnte sich ruhig Gedanken über einen Rad-Shuttel von Unter- zur Oberstadt machen.
