Are there more guests than 6 persons staying in the house, there will be an additional fee of 60€ per week. Maybe we reduce the price for 2 persons (only in the lower season). The price includes: costs for energy and water and as wished linen. Not included: The washing of the linen (10€ per bed, per double bed 15€, baby bed 6€) - has to be paid locally.

The free-standing house with big and partly roofed terrace in a enclosed park. The 5 rooms are shared on two floors and connected by a stair case. On the ground floor there are a big dining room...
Special features
The house and its wonderful garden are optimal for families with children and other relatives. Supermarket and beacht are only a few minutes apart and reachable independently from public transport.

Holiday destination
You can do all necessary shopping on a near by grocery store, that can be reached by foot in a few minutes. It offers all things you daily need as fresh fruit, vegetables, bread, wine etc. From the supermarket you only walk 400m until the beach "Plage du Démbarquement". The bus stop with driving facilities in direction to St. Tropéz and Toulon is also reachable by foot. St. Tropéz and the famous beaches at Pampelonne in the East of the peninsula can be reached - also in high season - with out any traffic jam via a back road. In spring and autumn it is wonderful to hike along the coast or through the mountains. West wards there are pictorial beaches of Cabasson, Le Lavandou and Bornes-Les-Mimosas.
Getting there
The holiday home can be reached via public transports without any problems: Train until Toulon (TGV from Geneva ca. 4,5 hours, bus 1,5 hours from the train station until "La Croix Valmer Plage". The stop is ca 200m apart from the house. With your car: from the Western part of Switzerland via Geneva - St. Julien - Annecy - Chambéry - la Tour-du-Pin - Moirans - Valence - Aix-en-Provence - exit le Luc - Grimaud - La Croix Valmer. From the Eastern part of Switzerland via Italy - Nice: Use the exit "Le Muy" on the motorway A8!

Wir waren mit zwei Familien für zwei Wochen in dem gemütlichen und großzügigen Haus der Familie Marthi. Das Haus hat alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt und das Grundstück ist weitläufig. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit und der Strand sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Kontakt zu Frau Marthi war sehr freundlich und wir haben auf alle unsere Fragen stets sehr schnell eine Antwort erhalten.

Es war ein wirklich schöner Urlaub in einem großzügigen, rundum perfekt ausgestatteten Ferienhaus mit schönem Grundstück. Croissants und vieles mehr für den täglichen Bedarf bekommt man jederzeit im Spar um die Ecke, den Wochenendeinkauf kann man 5km entfernt in der Nähe von Gassin im Géant Casino machen. Dort gibt es dann wirklich alles. Der Strand ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreicht und bietet Sand und warmes Wasser ohne Quallen. Der Weg am Strand und oberhalb der Steilküste in Richtung Osten ist sehr empfehlenswert. Ebenso Gassin oder auch Grimaud, Monaco erreicht man in 2h. Einzig der Verkehr auf dem Weg nach Saint-Tropez oder Sainte-Maxime ist leider sehr staulastig. Daher besser früh losfahren, dann findet man auch noch einen Parkplatz. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und beantwortet alle Fragen sofort.
