Holiday destination
The villa "Ty Rohou Bras" is wonderfully close to the bay of Kernic, after 150 meters you have already reached the beautiful sandy bay, directly also in this distance is the beach sailing center of Plouescat. The nice city center of Plouescat with various shopping facilities is also only about 3 kilometers away from your villa. The surely most beautiful sand beach of the headland of Plouescat is "Porz Meur" about 800 meters away from the villa, which invites you for extensive bathing and promenading, from there you also have a wonderful view of the huge dunes of Keremma. When the sun is at its zenith, you can enjoy the beautiful spectacle of the sea with turquoise water. The location is quiet, in a beautiful natural landscape typical for the Finistère and in addition the possibilities to do water sports are within walking distance, you have reached the bay immediately, it is practically directly in front of you.
Getting there
The region is very well accessible by car, train -TGV, flight.
Your vacation destination is located in the north of the Finistères about 30 km northeast of Brest.
The house can always be occupied on the day of arrival from 4 pm - departure should be before 10 am.

Host informationA few years ago we "landed" here in the beautiful Finistère, and after a short time we could not leave this "wonderful spot". Besides our own vacation homes, our agency "Villas Vacances" also takes care of vacation homes of other owners. The same is true for this great villa in wooden construction with all the comforts. We have taken over the management in 2016 because the villa fits exactly in our portfolio and is an outstandingly beautiful object in the region. We love the Finistère and just as lovingly we take care of all our vacation properties.

Wir haben in einem tollen Haus einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, vom guten Messerset bis hin zur Salatschleuder, alles vorhanden = gehobener Komfort. Das Haus und die Zimmer sind mit sehr viel Liebe gestaltet. Das Haus ist für größere Gruppen geeignet. Im Haus befindet sich ein Ordner, in welches wirklich alles Wissenswerte beschrieben ist - Respekt! Der Spa-Bereich ein Traum! Die Lage ist perfekt. Sehr nah zum Strand, trotzdem in der Stadt mit vielen Restaurants und sogar einem hervorragendem Metzger. Hervorragender Ausgangspunkt für viele schöne Wanderungen.
