Relax and enjoy in a unique natural landscape of the foothills of the Alps. Hiking, jogging and cycling on well signposted trails. Swimming in the nearby Rottachsee. Fly at Duracher Airport. Ballooning for those looking for a different perspective; Mountain bike or bicycle tours, cross-country skiing, skating (Night track) and well-groomed trails for winter sports activities. The Hochgebirge is about 30 km away and offers opportunities for mountain climbing, climbing and skiing.
Getting there
By car:
- A7 / A980 Allgäu - exit (Durach, Sulzberg, Kempten-Süd), then drive over the Kemptener Strasse towards Sulzberg, continue in the direction of Rottachsee on the Sonthofener Strasse left on the Dorfstrasse in Moosbach, then after 1.5 km left at Bus stop Wachsenegg after 300 m the 1st house right below.
By train:
You will find suitable links at www.bahn.de. Please enter the destination as the main train station in Kempten. There is a limited bus connection to Wachsenegg. We will gladly pick you up from Kempten station.

Eine traumhaft ruhige Ferienwohnung in absoluter Alleinlage und mit schönsten Ausblicken in das Allgäu. Sehr herzliche Vermieter, die unkompliziert zum Bier am Lagerfeuer einladen, Tipps zur Freizeitgestaltung geben und sich liebevoll um die Gäste kümmern. In der super geräumigen Ferienwohnung fehlt es an nichts inklusive ebike-Ladestation. Wärmstens zu empfehlen, Barbara und Johannes Wunderlich aus Sprockhövel

Sehr shöne, große Wohnung in einer herrlichen Umgebung. Bestens ausgestattet, nur das Wlan war etwas schwach.
