The amount of compensation adjusts the civil code § 651 i paragraph 2 with the following flat rates: up to 120 days before arrival 10% of the total amount, up to 60 days prior to arrival 30% of the total price, up to 90 days before arrival 20% of the total price, up to 30 days prior to arrival 50% of the total price Amounts already paid shall be charged. On a cancellation, the full travel price is less than 30 days before beginning of the rent to pay. Each one of the date of receipt of your cancellation message. Only 30 minutes drive to the Baltic Sea. Camp Lake is only 200 metres from our doorstep. Particularly popular destinations: the nature and environment Park in Güstrow and the Red Sea (5 km away).

Wir haben viele Ferienwohnungen gehabt in Schwerin und Umgebung und diese hat uns am besten gefallen. Schöne Ferienwohnung, räumlich, gemütlich eingerichtet, prima Betten und herzliche Gastgeber. Ruhige Lage und nicht so weit weg von Schwerin. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Ferienwohnung (wir waren ohne Hund und daher in der oberen FW) ist toll. Ankommen, Familie Wöhlbrandt empfängt und erklärt alles - und der Urlaub geht los. Die Kinder können sich frei bewegen. Spielzeug in der Wohnung und im Spielehaus ist genügend vorhanden. Am besten waren das Schlauchboot und das Kajak. Das ist ein super Spaß am angrenzenden See. Badestellen sind per Fuß zu erreichen. Danke an Frau Wöhlbrandt, welche uns noch eine ganz tolle Badestelle am Nachbarsee gezeigt hat. Alle Ausflugsziele sind sehr zeitnah mit dem Auto erreichbar. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und waren traurig, dass wir nur eine Woche hatten. Wir kommen aber bestimmt nochmal wieder. Vielen Dank Familie Wöhlbrandt
