Additional Information:
In high season, arrival and departure only on Saturdays. In the low season, by arrangement.
Prices are for 4 people.
Maximum occupancy four people plus baby possible.
Cancellation conditions:
Cancellation conditions are set out in our rental agreement, which you will receive from us by post or email.
In the event of a withdrawal or non-occupancy of the holiday home that is considered a withdrawal, the landlord can demand appropriate compensation. The flat-rate cancellation fees are 0% up to 28 days before arrival, 25% up to 20 days before arrival, 50% up to 10 days before arrival, 80% up to five days before arrival and 100% of the total rental price from three days before arrival. If the tenant provides a replacement tenant, a free cancellation is possible at any time. In the event of Corona-related travel bans, we will refund your payments or rebook you.

Relax on the beach in a beach chair. The town centre, the three harbours, and the promenade as well as shops, restaurants, bike rentals, buses, and leisure activities are all in close proximity. In summer, there are great beach concerts with well-known artists. There are also other interesting events for young and old.

Holiday destination
The East Frisian flair, the healthy climate, and all the amenities of the North Sea spa town of Carolinensiel will make your holiday a pleasant and relaxing experience. You'll want for nothing. Whether wellness, shopping, or relaxation – everything is on site. Various excursion destinations and the North Sea can be easily reached. Excursions to the seal beds and the island are possible with the ferries. Jever, Wittmund, and Wilhelmshaven can be reached quickly and invite you to stroll and linger.
Getting there
Via the A1 / A 29 to Wilhelmshaven Süd. Continue towards Jever/Wittmund. Then continue towards the islands. From Wittmund, continue approx. 15km.
In Carolinensiel at Edeka/bicycle rental, turn towards the harbour/coast. Behind the Jansen fish restaurant, turn right onto Deichstrasse. Keep left and along the dike. Continue approx. 200 m to the right and again to the left.
