Payment terms. - Deposit upon booking: €250.00 (The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation). The balance is due on the day before departure or before arrival by bank transfer. Credit cards are not accepted. There is no right of withdrawal in the sense of the Consumer Protection Code – however, we grant you the following cancellation conditions. - In case of late arrival or early departure as well as short-term cancellation, the amount for the entire booked period will be charged. If the apartment or holiday flat is re-let, the deposit will be credited towards a future holiday. - We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

Other recreational opportunities
The Südtirolpass allows guests to use all public transportation in South Tyrol for free, such as the train to the Vinschgau, to Bolzano, Brixen, etc., and of course, all public buses within South Tyrol. Additionally, it includes free rides on public cable cars in South Tyrol, like the ones to Vöran, Mölten, Jenesien, and Ritten. Private cable cars are not included with the Südtirolpass. Furthermore, it provides one free admission to about 80 museums throughout South Tyrol, such as an entry to the Regional Museum of Castle Tyrol, an entry to the Messner Mountain Museum Firmian and Juval, an entry to the South Tyrol Museum of Archaeology “Ötziâ€
Holiday destination
The most beautiful hiking destinations start right at the house. Only a few minutes to the valley station of the Muter cable car, which takes you to the high alpine region of the Texel Group Nature Park. The guest bus stops in the immediate vicinity (Easter to November) and runs from 9:00 AM to 10:30 PM.
Getting there
Via the Timmelsjoch or the Jaufenpass: via the Brenner Pass on the motorway towards Bolzano. Exit Bolzano Sud. via the Reschen Pass: Drive towards Meran, past Naturns, Töll, and at the Meran Süd exit you exit. Follow the signs for Jaufenpass or Passeiertal. (+) (+)After the bridge, the Jaufenbrücke, turn left into Dorf Tirol. At the village entrance, there is a large stone with the inscription Dorf Tirol. After the Seilbahn parking lot (Seilbahn Restaurant), take the third entrance on the left. Caution. Do not enter Dorf Tirol in the navigation system. Always enter Jaufenpass.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der sehr gut ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern, Wohnküche, Bad und herrlichen Balkonen (2) mit wunderschöner Aussicht auf das gepflegte Anwesen und Dorf Tirol sowie Meran mit unseren 2 Kindern und unserem Hund sehr genossen. Unser Auto fand Platz unter dem hauseigenen Carport. Die Vermieter sind sehr sympathisch und äußerst gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir werden sehr gerne wieder kommen.
