Cancellation policy

The renter can cancel the contract before arrival by written declaration to the owner. The time the landlord receives the written cancellation is the time of cancellation.
If the tenant cancels the rental contract, they must pay replacement for the costs incurred by the landlord in the following amounts: costs for cancellation after conclusion of the contract or no-show in the amount of 90% of the rental price.
The tenant must prove that the landlord suffered less damage. The tenant can designate a replacement tenant who is prepared to assume the rental contract in their place. The landlord can decline the third person if they do not appear to be able to pay the fee or are unreliaable.
If a third party assumes the rental contract, they and the previous tenants will pay the landlord any additional costs arising from the tenancy of the third party.
The landlord must try to re-rent the accommodation not used and must offset the cancellation fees with the savings that are incurred.
It is recommended that the tenants procure holiday cancellation insurance.

Constance is a great starting point for cycling tours into neighbouring Switzerland or along the Rhine or as part of the famous Lake Constance cycling path. But you can take lovely car trips such as to Zurich, into the mountains, the Black Forest and, and, and...there are so many great destinations to be reached from Constance!
Holiday destination
Lake Constance, the Constance port with plenty of restaurants, the train station, the Sealife Center and the neighbouring Swiss Seepark are only a few minutes walk away. Constance is a lovely starting point for excursions around Lake Constance, to the island of Mainau, to Reichenau, excursions by boat, catamaran or train. There are many discounts with the guest pass, in particular for families.
Getting there
By car from Stuttgart A 81 to the Singen interchange, then towards Constance on the B33.
In Constance: -> orient to the centre
By air: Zurich airport and further with the IC to Constance (leaves hourly)
By train to Constance train station, the apartment is only a 5 minute walk from the train station.

Aus Beruflichen Gründen befand ich mich einige Zeit lang in Konstanz. Daher wohnte ich 3 Monate lang in dieser Unterkunft. Die Wohnung, in der ich wohnte war super. Es war alles sehr sauber und man hatte alles, was man brauchte. Die Vermieter waren stets freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Man hat mir sogar ermöglicht einen eigenen Briefkasten für diese Zeit einzurichten. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt. Sehr zentral, man hat alles was man zum Leben braucht. Supermärkte sind zu Fuß in 3 Minuten erreichbar. Tolle Restaurants (leider wegen Corona noch nicht geöffnet) - kenne sie aber noch aus der Zeit davor, ach ja und zum See hat man es in 5 Minuten auch nicht weit. Alles in allem kann man diese Wohnung wirklich sehr empfehlen. Vielen Dank für den angenehmen Aufenthalt bei Ihnen.

Wir hatten eine sehr entspannte Woche in der Ferienwohnung Apfelbaum. Die Kommunikation verlief einwandfrei und auch vor Ort würden wir herzlich in Empfang genommen. Bei Anliegen (wie der Ausleihe eines Regenschirms, Rückfragen..) waren Frau Ziegler und ihr Partner immer ansprechbar.
Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Sie ist offen gestaltet und besteht aus einem Zimmer. Vom Bad aus schaut man in den Garten (ein Balkon ist nutzbar) und vorne liegt ein Zimmer zu einer sehr ruhigen Straße.
Man ist in wenigen Minuten direkt im Stadtkern und am See. Zwei Supermärkte sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.
