In case of non-fulfilment of the contract, the lessee is liable for the resulting loss of rent. In case of withdrawal or cancellation by the lessee, the following tiered fee structure applies:
Up to 90 days prior to arrival: 25% of the total amount,
89-60 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total amount,
59-30 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total amount,
from 29 days prior to arrival: 90% of the total amount.

Holiday destination
The village and holiday home are situated on the southern tip of the Müritzsee. The distance from the holiday home to the Buchholz marina is approx. 200 metres.
The nearest swimming spot is only 300 metres away. Additionally, there are limitless options to go swimming, fishing and partake in all kinds of water sports in the local area.
The house borders on the bike path that loops around the Müritz.
The municipality Buchholz was able to keep a soothing originality, away from the hustle and bustle of the typical holiday regions.
Getting there
Travelling from the south:
• A9 towards Leipzig / Berlin
• Coming from Berlin, turn onto the Berliner Ring West (motorway ring) towards Hamburg.
• After about 10 km, make another turn and continue towards Hamburg.
• At the end of Berliner Ring West, get onto the A24 towards Hamburg / Rostock.
• At the motorway junction Wittstock/Dosse, continue towards Rostock - not Hamburg!
• Take the first exit after the junction, towards Wittstock.
• Drive through Wittstock's old town, towards Röbel.
• At the end of the old town, you'll come to a roundabout - continue towards Röbel.
• After about 1 km, turn right towards Sewekow (Berlinchen);
• in Berlinchen, turn left and continue towards Sewekow.
• Shortly before the Sewekow village entrance, turn left towards Buchholz;
• in Buchholz, your holiday residence is across from the church (Dorfstraße 19).

Wir waren zwei Familien mit 4 Kindern (6-12 Jahre alt) eine Woche zu Gast in der Tabakscheune. Familie Ricart hat uns herzlich empfangen und stand uns die gesamte Dauer mit Rat und Tat und Ausflugstipps zur Seite. Das Haus bietet viel Platz zum entfalten, eine liebevolle und umfassende Ausstattung, drei Bäder, Sauberkeit und gemütliche Betten ;). Das eingezäunte großzügige Grundstück war ideal zum Sonne tanken, spielen, Hundetoben oder einfach nur Kaffee genießen. Wir empfehlen es absolut weiter, vielen Dank!

Die Alte Tabakscheune bietet alles, was kleine und große Urlauberherzen höher schlagen lässt, u.a. ein traumhaftes Grundstück, Kamin, Fahrräder, Trampolin, Gasgrill, Schaukel, Darts usw.
(Wir konnten zum Laden des Autos sogar die Wallbox der Familie Gil Ricart nutzen.)
Das geräumige und gut ausgestattete Ferienhaus ist die ideale Basis, um die interessante Gegend rund um die Müritz zu erkunden.
Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Kommunikation war zu jeder Zeit sehr angenehm.
