Cancellation policy
You may cancel your trip at any time before the start of the rental period.
For your own interest and for proof, the cancellation should always be made in writing. If you withdraw from the rental contract or do not commence the trip, we can demand reasonable compensation for the travel arrangements made and for our expenses. Our flat-rate claim for compensation (cancellation fee) amounts to:
- Free of charge up to 42 days before the start of the rental
- 50% of the rental price from 41 days before the start of the rental
- 70% of the rental price from 29 days before the start of the rental
- 90% of the rental price from 7 days before the start of the rental

Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Aufenthalt in der Villa Ottolini. Vor allem haben wir die gemeinsame Zeit sehr genossen, da es unserer erster kleiner Familienurlaub war.
Da wir auch in der Vergangenheit regelmäßig Urlaub am Lago Maggiore gemacht haben, werden wir sicherlich auch in Zukunft noch einmal auf Sie zukommen.
