Cancellation policy
1. A cancellation must be made in writing to the landlord.
2. If canceled up to 3 months before departure, there are no costs.
3. In case of cancellation up to 60 days before the rental date, 20% of the confirmed rental price and € 25.00 handling fee must be paid.
4. For cancellations from the 59th day before the rental date, 50% of the confirmed rental price and € 25.00 handling fee must be paid.
5. If the cancellation occurs from the 35th day before the start of the rental period, 80% of the agreed rental price and € 25.00 processing fee must be paid.
6. In the event of premature termination of the rental agreement or in the case of no-show, the renter has no claim for compensation for the unused rental days. The landlord is held in good faith, that the unused apartment will be let again, if is possible. Until the other assignment of the apartment, the tenant has to pay the calculated amount for the duration of the contract.
7. It is recommended to take out travel cancellation insurance to cover any costs that may arise.

Holiday destination
In just a few steps (400m), you will reach the Baltic Sea beach. The apartment is not far from the Gespensterwald (ghost forest), which invites you to a hiking or another nature experience. A "Tante Emma Laden" (corner shop) is only 150 meters from the apartment, there you can find groceries, postal and lottery service and a ATM. A bakery and a smokehouse (fish) are about 300 m away. A bigger groceries store you will find it in Rethwisch (3.5 km away), it is the next village.
The apartment is located between, the oldest seaside resort in Germany Heiligendamm and the tea pot of Warnemünde.
Getting there
From Hamburg: take the A1 & A20, exit 13 to Bad Doberan and continue all straight ahead.(in Bad Doberan, first roundabout exit on the first, secound roundabout exit on the secound) to Nienhagen.
From Berlin: via the A24 & A19 to the A20, take the B103 and in Lütten Klein and Elmenhorst to Nienhagen
From the south: take the A14 to the A20, exit 13 to Bad Doberan and continue all straight ahead (in Bad Doberan, first roundabout exit on the first, secound roundabout exit on the secound) to Nienhagen.
