Cancellation policy
The renter can withdraw from the rental contract in writing. In case the lessee withdraws from the rental contract and is unable to find a substitute lessee, the following proportionate costs (compensation) are due if re-letting is not possible:
Cancellation
- up to 30 days prior to arrival: 20% of the rental price
- up to 21 days prior to arrival: 50% of the rental price
- up to 14 days prior arrival: 100% of the rental price
The legal cancellation and withdrawal options are unaffected by this.

Our location in the heart of the Pfaffenwinkel ensures that you can enjoy all the leisure opportunities the alpine & prealpine regions have to offer. Neuschwanstein Castle is particularly noteworthy, of course. But let's not forget the famous Wieskirche (Pilgrimage Church of Wies) and the picturesque hiking trails.
Holiday destination
The village Tannenberg lies on the Weichberg's eastern slope. The rooms on the top floor offer a stunning view of Hohenpeißenberg and parts of the Alps. The Weichberg is the perfect place for a hiking tour. A short 4 km-drive will take you to the Lech-Höhenweg (long-distance hiking trail). Schongau and Lechbruck are nearby, and the Wieskirche, Füssen, the Forggensee and last but not least Neuschwanstein Castle can be reached within 30 minutes by car.
Getting there
Coming from the north, the best route is the B17 to the exit Schongau West. Make a right turn onto the B472 towards Marktoberdorf. After 3 km, turn left towards Burggen, continue for about 500m and make a right turn towards Tannenberg.
You'll only encounter school bus traffic.
Nightlife = In the sky, stars light up the Milky Way; below, in the back of beyond, vibrant activities are not what you will find here.
