Cancellation policy
If the renter cancels the contract after receipt of the deposit, we charge
one processing fee of 50.00 Euro.
If the cancellation is made later than 60 days before arrival, the entire rental price must be paid. If renting the property in whole or in part is possible, the cancellation fee will be reduced by the amount otherwise obtained. The renter is entitled to provide us with a new renter under comparable terms. We recommend trip cancellation insurance.

Very quiet yet central: 15 minutes on foot from the stunning Nordtrand, 5 minutes from the harbour.
Supermarket/bakery/restaurants within walking distance, still very quiet.
Diagonally opposite there is a nice, small farm shop/organic store.

Wir sind schon zum zweiten Mal mit unserer Malteser Hündin in dieser Fewo, obwohl wir sonst in jedem Urlaub etwas Neues ausprobiert haben. Die Wohnung für zwei hat alles- und man fühlt sich trotzdem wie in einem eigenen Haus, eigener Garten, eingezäunt und niemand schaut rein, einfach spitze um morgens in Ruhe im strandkorb zu frühstücken oder abends zu grillen. Man schaut nur auf Grün und wiesen. Trotzdem mitten in Prerow und überall zu Fuß ganz fix. Randlage auch gut wegen der Erreichbarkeit Hundestrand. Die Straße ist auch toll. Irgendwie ursprüngliches Prerow. Darßer Haustüren werden in der Nähe geschnitzt, ein kleiner Hofladen paar Häuser weiter. Auch jetzt im Herbst wollten wir nirgendwo anders übernachten. Die Gastgeber sind keine Immobiliengurus sondern einfach nette Leute Wir sehn uns im Sommer

Es hat uns sehr gut in der Wohnung gefallen. Sie ist klein, hat aber alles, was man braucht. Restaurants und Geschäfte sind in der Nähe. Auch der Strand ist gut erreichbar.
