Holiday apartment in a quiet location on a farm, ideal for up to 6 people, with 2 bedrooms and a pull-out couch in the living room. Our small, sustainably managed farm is surrounded by meadows, pastures, and the forest, with a rushing mountain stream flowing through the valley. From the balcony, you can study the many shades of green that exist in the world.
The location is absolutely quiet, we are about 2 km away from the village, there is no through traffic, and the noise of motorcycles and the hum of the main road never reach us.
Pure relaxation in a cozy atmosphere, morning dew-treading in the meadows with birds chirping, invigorating Kneipp water-treading in the stream after hikes: everything is possible to turn your holiday into a nature experience.

Our village is located right in the midst of the most beautiful areas of Seiser Alm and Rosengarten/Latemar, so countless, magnificent hiking opportunities can be reached in no time. Let our hiking guides inspire you or join a guided hike offered several times a week by our tourist association.
Coming from Bolzano to Blumau, do NOT take the BREIENER STRAßE, but go straight through the tunnel towards Seiser Alm/Schlerngebiet/Tiers. This way, you'll reach your destination with less stress. In Tiers, take the first right turn onto "Mühlweg" and follow the signs to "Goflmort".
