Cancellation policy

Cancellation policy: Conditions pursuant to article 1382 of the Civil Code There is no right of cancellation in terms of the Italian consumer protection code. However, we will give you a right to cancel under the following cancellation conditions under artilce 1382 of the Civil Code: - If a deposit is paid (for bookings made a long time in advance), this will be retained. - Cancellation up to 120 days before arrival is free, there is only a processing fee in the amount of 50.00. - Cancellations after this period to 30 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the entire rental price. - For cancellation up to 29 days before arrival, 90% of the rental fee will be charged. - If you leave early, the entire rental price will be charged. - We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
